Is there anything you WON'T eat?

I consider myself to be quite adventurous culinarily speaking. I am constantly trying new dishes, methods of preparation, etc.

But there is one thing I refuse to eat. Oysters. I can deal with clams and mussels, but oysters are where I draw the line. I've tried them once or twice and found them to be akin to eating a giant ball of snot.

Bottom feeders and filter organs are off my list.
Veal is off my list.

Absolutely not.
Animal carcus in general is not high on my list either. I can go weeks without it and not miss it.

Do you mean all oysters, or just raw? I haven't had them raw, but do like them fried. I would like to try them raw though. One thing about the fried ones, don't eat half of one and then look in the center.

Oysters are great.. But I guess it sort of depends on where you get them from, too.
